In a mysterious and surreal interzone somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of several characters interweave in a surprising and mysterious way. Negin and Nazgol find a sum of money frozen in winter ice and try to claim it. In the meantime, Massoud leads a group of increasingly satisfied tourists through the monuments and historical sites of Winnipeg. Matthew gives up his meaningless job in a government office in Québececois and sets off on a puzzling journey to visit his mother. Spatial, time and personal identities cross, transform and transform into a surreal comedy of misconduct.
