Min Counter Bar
Filling of Tenders – $20
1/2 gallon cup water
10 oz. cream cheese or cream cheese-y
15 oz. cold white white milk
1 1/2 tbs. corn syrup
1/4 cup white bread crumbs
Django Sauce 1/2 c. chocolate, unsweetened
1/2 tbs. black pepper
1 tbs. garlic powder
1 tbs. brown sugar
6 1/2 cups cornstarch, at room temperature

In a large bowl, combine flour, 2 tbs. butter, yeast and salt in a mixing bowl until combined. Add into food processor; pulse until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pulse until very smooth.
Pour cornstarch mixture into prepared mixing bowl. Set aside.
Combine milk, cream cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, corn syrup, yeast and vanilla in a small saucepan. Simmer until mixture is creamy and the butter mixture is incorporated. Remove from heat. Add milk mixture and whisk until well blended. Increase in heat until well combined. Pour mixture over cooled tiddlywinks. Whisk until blended and bubbling.
Place bottom of bowl into baking dish or greased wire rack. Drizzle with remaining flour, and cover until dough is soft (75 degrees).
